Erik and Pati were phenomenal. They used the most advanced technologies to explore every inch of our new home. Any issues that were found were explained to us in a way that made us knowledgeable in how to remedy the issue. At the end of the inspection Erik gave us an overall summary that made us comfortable in proceeding with the next steps of the home-buying experience. Highly recommend!

Right from the start Erik was very helpful! He answered his phone right away, provided up front pricing, added on another service I requested last minute and was willing to work with my realtor’s schedule to complete the inspection. Day of, him and Patricia showed up on time and split the work to ensure efficiency. Any time either one of them found something, they called my attention to it and explained in detail their findings & recommended fix. The seller provided me a copy of a previous inspection conducted for a previous potential buyer who had pulled their contract. Erik and Patricia were more than happy to look over the prior report, compare their findings, and even elaborate on severity of the concerns. Once the seller fixes the major concerns, I will definitely be hiring them to come back out for a re-inspection. Thank you both!

Eric and Patti are amazing. They took the time to explain things. They have been very responsive via text to answer my addition questions. The report was completed in less than 24 hours. High quality inspection, and detailed report including picture and diagrams. I would definitely recommend them.
